I would only speak for paid to post forums. The major improvement I want to see from these forums is that they should create accessibility by expanding on their payment platforms so that people that are disadvantaged can join and earn from them sites.

I think the mount of money the website makes will determine the kind of money they are going to pay their members. There are some platforms that tends to increase their parents as they make more profit.

Yes I agree with you I love when sites pays instantly you don't need to wonder when the money will come and plus some people needs money urgently they don't want to wait weeks for the money to come in

Yes, that's me one of them. I prefer instant payments or a maximum of once a week. I don't like the monthly payment system, but I like RIF even though the payment is monthly, because I have no other choice. LOL

It is not just what we want to see improve on the sites that pays but the members of the site also needs to increase the quality of articles that is being dropped in the sites.
Though the sites should also try and work the rewarding system also to motivate more and quality articles from its members.
