That is a very good throwback question hehehe. There is no other way or if lucky in a game initiated by the site owner. I earned in another way through the win amount I received which was $10 . It was from the LONG-GAME WIN.
Usually in all PTP sites we do have same earning methods, it's better to focus on quality threads and quality posts. We all have some limited time to spend online so why not select the sites from where we can get real payment.

But keep in mind, getting referrals is way more complicated than handing out that link. You need to give your prospect a reason for joining and participating strong enough to motivate them to take action, otherwise it's just extra gingerbread.
