What are your recent investments?

You know I only have a few money and I'm not yet paid by my tutorial customers. I borrowed 1,500 pesos to my sister and my aunt gave me 500 pesos so I have 2000 pesos money. I need to invest it in buying inks for my brother printer and they are a bit expensive. I also need to call a computer technician to repair my laptop. It is all for my printing business.

What I will earn here in RIF I will invest in making empanadas again which I will ask my friend to sell in her kiosk. I hope it will be successful as there are really lots of people in that area and that area is perfect for those who like food trips. There are takoyaki, kwek-kwek, fishball, burgers, french fries, siomai and more food items. I'll be the first to sell empanada in that area

That sounds like a plan. I am planning to build a house back in our province and the house here will be open for renter. I wish it will happen soon.

That's the plan but plan B is to sell it at higher value soon. Only if plan A does not work. And the money earned from the property will be used to build the new house.

We also have a property of which rates are increasing and it's still unpredictable where the rates will go, so we have not planned to sell it. The rates of the properties are increasing drastically here and the plus point is that we have this in the commercial area.

I think it is a good idea. I still remember during my school days, some vendors sell pickled fruits. I do love buying and eating them. I am not sure if it is feasible to offer them at your place.
