What are your thoughts on vegan diet?

Sometimes my food contain no trace of animal products, but I have not tried vegan diet intentionally. However, I have tried vegetarian diet. What do you think about vegan diet?

I'm on vegetarian diet twice a week. But never tried vegan diet because I drink cow milk and eat eggs. I think it's a matter of personal choice.

Well, for me it os mot bad at all. This is rir those that wants to eat food without protein. That's a good option though
