What aspects of keeping a healthy lifestyle do you find most difficult to maintain?

Doing regular exercises is the most difficult to maintain and keep fit as a fiddle. Despite this challenge, I still continue to do brisk walking every day. In this way, I can keep myself on track with regards to keeping healthy.

For me, the dietary side of a healthy lifestyle is often the biggest challenge. With a busy schedule, it's easy to fall into the trap of convenient but unhealthy food choices. I also struggle with portion control and mindless snacking at times. Exercise is more enjoyable, but still requires self-motivation, especially on days I'm feeling drained.

I am a night owl. I understand sleep early and get up early is better for health. I am trying to change my habit. But I enjoy the quietness of the nighttime. Changing my sleeping hours is a challenge to me.

For me, it has to be keeping a balanced sleep routine. That's something that I struggle with because I have loads of work online and offline to see through.

I find it to avoid eating too much carbs. Carbs is not very good if you eat in a lot of quantities. But sadly I like rice.
