What can make an employee to resign?

I resigned my job because I got bigger than the job. The kind of money I wanted was more than what the job could afford to offer me. I had to leave them and start my own business.

That's the way to go there's no need staying in a job that you are bigger than and the money is just peanut. you would just get frustrated and leave.

Most common reason especially the younger ones is to look for greener pastures. Better offers from other organizations lure an employee to leave his present post. There are also times due to bad management.

Personally, I would be interested in leaving any job that's not particularly paying me very well. I won't kill myself work for peanuts.

I know of a boss that likes harassing female staff sexually. Most of the excellent female staff he had all resigned and are working elsewhere.

They are very good at turning on the pressure on their staff. When it comes to salary they would start being calm. I would just resign and leave you.

Sometimes when you see your friends resigning you feel like you should also resign so the person starts searching job faster than before and when getting a new job, he/she resigns.

One reason employees resign from their work is if their personal values don't align with the values of the organizations. I was asked to cut corners in my company and use an input that is unethical, I had to resign because that didn't conform to my values.
