When I get really tired, I prioritize rest and relaxation to recharge. This may involve taking a short nap, indulging in a calming activity like reading or listening to music, or simply sitting quietly to clear my mind.
It depends on my level of tiredness. There are times where I would simply watch a movie or play some games, then there are other times where I would just simply go to bed.
I usually take cold shower which really helps me to get better and take tea of coffee with pain killer because I can't take rest due to my busy routine these things are very useful for me.
