What do you do during free periods at work?

There is always a period in all organizations regarded as a free period for all. All staffs are given the chance to stop working at their will mostly midday, during this free period, staffs may be seen taking snacks and drinks, strolling around, gisting with fellow workers and so on.
What do you do during free periods at work?

During duty period, I don't keep my phone close to me in order to avoid distraction, so when I'm free, I take my phone and go through some mails and return some missed calls.

That's nice, this will make you regain energy to work more After the break, but you should also try taking a walk during breaks to enable you stretch your body after sitting for a long period of time especially office works

There is a popular saying that all works and no play makes Jack a dull boy. It is in compliance with this saying that I don't toy with my free periods. I cherish it so much that I'm always looking forward for it before it finally come.
