What do you do during your office breaks?

Working offline or online is never easy, working for an extended period of time could lead to burnout, which is why most companies usually set out a specific period of time for their employees to get rest. It is expected you make use of this short period of time to regain enough strength to continue your day's job. How do you normally spend your short breaks?

No two ways about this. Break period of time is for taking a rest from work. Employees need to get rest.at interval It is good to use this short period to regain enough strength

I usually take a short nap or listen to my favorite music. If time allows, I'll go outside and take a walk. I may also have an online chat with a closed friend.

I don't tamper with my break period. Infact I cherished my break period more than anything else. As all works and no play makes Jack a dull boy, I ensure to take relaxation and refreshment during my breaks moments. It is good to value one's break time more than anything else.

It is called work break for a reason and it is probably why I use it to rest and recover from the stress that I've been through four hours before I will go back to work again.

Always spending time on irrelevant things at work especially the ladies , they are very good at this , saying things they see and what they don't see ,instead if channelling the energy to productive things.
