What do you do if you don't get along with some of your coworkers?

That is so right, in offline jobs, we are like prisoners, we never say no but yes to the heads. Des[itetired, we continue working nonstop. online job is the best but the bad side of it is, income is too small.

In job we mostly remain under pressure and mostly people want to work online, one of the reason of prefering online job is one which you mentioned. In jobs we have to bear it sometime no ways left.

When you are working online, you won't have to bother about things like this. It is only in offline jobs that you need to carry along the excesses of people because you work on the same organization with them.

You don't have to quit because of their hate. Many workers have stop work because their coworkers hate but you should seek help from the HR to. help out too

@cherry123 yes why must resign when the worker can report it to human resource office. That unruly worker must be fired for she's detrimental to the growth of the company or business.

I agree with you no need moving away when you can do a good report to human resource office or other authority concerned. you don't need to be intimated by anyone

We can initiate a petition for removal of the certain co worker. If all signed the petition for eviction, then that person isn't liked my the co workers. If she's not a thick face employee then she can resign.

There are a lot of times when you just have to work with someone you don't get along with. You have to find out why you both are not good together and try to make it work

To settle the grudges both parties must be investigated and conduct an open forum to allow workers to express their sentiments to gain peace and harmony in a workplace that seems toxic.

I would remain very professional and relate with them in a professional manner. I won't allow whatever difference between us affect our work relationships.

I try as much as possible to mind my business whenever I'm at work. I don't care about personal relationship with any staff. I just do my work and go home.
