In the other way round, you can't really blame an organization when it comes to religious beliefs because religion plays a vital part in everything one does. Even in business too. But as a person, I won't force my religion down the throat of an employee.

We have actually seen so many things that have happened in some organizations just because of religion so I wouldn't blame people who dwell on them since we have different reasons for them

I have actually seen cases where an organization tells a staff that prayers is part of their company culture and it is compulsory for all staff without recourse to the religion of the staff.
I believe that this is something that will be relayed to any worker when they are employed immediately and not after they have been employed so that you have to agree before you start the job.

This is very true. A company should be able to communicate it's company culture to a potential staff so he or she can decide if it is what he or she can cope with.

I am always for respect of another's personal issues. I don't force my religion down the throat of my colleague. It's good to live and let others live.
Yes this is the best way to go about it, but for me in a situation like this, if it is something i cannot accept, i think the best thing would be for me to leave, cause i do not think i can let someone's company change who i am.

There are some certain things that would be condoned i in a work place and the example you made use of is something that can not be done in a circular country.
