What do you do when you strongly disagree with your boss?

in my case I can't disagree with my boss. She's knowledgeable on the tasks assigned by the head office. But if she suggests to refute her ideas then that's the time to discuss the pros and cons of her ideas.

For me, I cannot conceal my feelings against of something. Even if he or she is my boss, I still need to voice out my opinions. Besides, there is no right or wrong in expressing one's opinions. You are hired not to be like a dummy or puppet.

Have you ever met a boss that is very egoistic? He doesn't care about anyone else's opinion. Those kind of bosses are difficult to work with. What would you do if your own boss is someone like that?

there is a level of trust you will have for people especially when they are so good to you. I think that is the reason why some people think that their bosses are always right which may not be wrong.

I think the best thing you need to do in this situation is to speak politely with your boss if you disagree with him or her. You shouldn't be rude when stating your opinion.

I've actually worked with some bosses that will not be interested in hearing your own opinion which is why I consider it a waste of time when they are serious about what I asked you to do.

I had a boss who was so autocratic. Your opinions don't matter to him. I allowed him to do things his way and when it hit, he would come back and look for me. When he wants to do something, I don't give an input. I just allow him to go and hit. And return back.
