When it comes to ice cream toppings, I'm a firm believer that you can never go wrong with fresh fruit. Sliced strawberries, warm mixed berry compote, diced mango or pineapple chunks add a vibrant, natural sweetness that complements the rich creaminess beautifully. But I also have an unconditional love for classic hot fudge and crunchy nuts like almonds or peanuts.
