What do you think about employees selling at work

Do you like the idea where staff come to work with their wares to sell. I think it causes distraction and might not allow the staff to concentrate. What do you think?

They have to ask permission from the Head so that person will be advised about the right time to sell.

That employee's attention will be called to decide which to prefer work or sell or to get fired.

I think many try to do that when they are work because they like to make extra money but don't see management will allow this

There are heads understanding all sellers do is hide the items under the table and sell in the toilet hahaha.

The smoke still spreads in the office and nearby. I hate smoke. It aches my head.

Our Ph former president banned smoking in public places and tax were raised to tobacco companies so many companies shut down due to bankruptcy. Per stick cigar is taxed and smokers forced to quit smoking hehehe.
