Yeah this for me. I don't like the idea especially in schools. They leave the kids stranded just to concentrate on their selling businesses

The problem with this thing is the company management won't allow this so if someone tries this they may get fired from the job

There is nothing wrong with it, most jobs are not enough to sustain anymore these days. Everyone needs those extra sources of income.

You are so right, kids will feel worried and tired, while the mother is busy selling. It should be done before the class starts and ends.

Selling in your workplace is you trying to create a side hustle for yourself. Some organizations permit and others don't permit. It helps other staff especially those that sell snacks.

I think that it is fine if they sell their products during the breaks and not during working hours.

Yeah that's the way to go it is okay if they sell their products during the break time allotted to then that during working hours which will hamper productivity now

Yes, I totally agree with you, selling while working will disrupt the level of productivity of the workers. It would be better if we left our selling items in the cafeteria. So it will not interfere with our working hours and work concentration.
