What do you think about time theft in the workplace

Time theft in the workplace is real and a lot of workers are into it which in the long run is detrimental to the financial well being of the company.

Those in to these habit do the following.

These employees take long breaks that are sometimes unnecessary

They also coming in late after eveyu break

They are also in the habit of leaving early sometimes hours before closing time.

Time theft in the business is very popular nowadays. Most employees tend to steal time from their workplaces and engaging themselves in other things including chatting with their phones, doing online jobs, among others

Time theft is real. A lot of workers are systematically exploiting their employers. The best way to solve this hydra headed problem is to share the work among the workers. Another way to solve the problem is to be vocal and make them to understand that you are aware of what they are doing. A lot of workers will repent from their silly behaviour

I think they need to be monitored by their higher-ups if having the breaks. In this way, they can able to know if they are spending too much having it. I had witnessed this scenario before, but I reported them without any second thought before.

It is very usual practice in most of the organisation and sometimes it turns very funny. When management say to do this work and complete it from outside the worker goes and when they come back after 2-3 hours, they have a very perfect and funny story that while he was going to complete this outdoor task he was stuck in traffic jam, or law and order situation was not good on that particular area.
