What do you think about wearing uniforms in the workplace?

So many people don't even love dressing corporate. They prefer to be casual. And those kind of people don't love to wear uniforms.

It depends on the kind of job that you're doing. If it's something that requires wearing a uniform, there's nothing wrong with it. The uniforms makes you to belong.

This is true but every worker should learn to wear a cloth that pertains to the business that they do

Yes, when you are working in corporate organizations, you will feel obliged to found yourself wearing organizations uniform. You feel proud and identifiable. Uniforms separate workers among visitors in the company premises.

I think it is a good way for the employees to wear uniforms. As for me, I prefer different uniforms in different departments. It would be easy to know which department that they are.

I think for some jobs, uniforms are a must. For example, if you work a job that requires you to meet a lot of people, you need to wear professional cloches. So for some jobs, you do need and should wear a uniform.

Wearing of the school uniforms in the workplaces is a very great thing. Firstly it enables the customers to identify the service providers with ease, the uniform also can market the company.

If uniforms are good I agree to it. Also if employer give few shirts. I worked in McDonalds and I had two shirts and two pants. I think that is to small since we were dirty after every shift.

I personally hate uniforms. Most people do too as they have to be carrying their uniforms in their bags and only wear once they get to their workplace? What do you think of uniforms and the workplace.

Yes, I totally agree with you. Even though I myself hate uniforms, wearing uniforms has many advantages too. Fellow employees will not compete with each other in luxury, because uniform standards have been set in the workplace. So they focus on work, not focus on thinking about appearance.

I think it is about some corporation needing people to be on uniform it is good to have this mindset that it is the rule that must be obey so you obey

As long as it is an already existing law or rules that has been established in any business organisation, it is something that will always be obeyed by all workers.

It depends on the organization though. Most of these companies make use of uniforms to show their customers that they are organized. And uniforms prevent some of the workers from dressing indecent.

Exactly, am very sure if the pay is extremely good, no one would complain about having to wear uniforms. Cause the main reasons we are there is cause we want to make money.

It makes sense when you enter an organization and you can identify a staff you can make enquiry from because the staff are on uniforms. It helps to identify members of staff of a particular organization.

It's a great thing. This is because the benefits for wearing uniforms in the workplace are much more compared to working without uniforms. The brand of the organisation can be recognised with easy, building customers can be served quickly as they can easily recognise the staffs.

I think child uniforms should be back in schools. Now when everybody can wear anything, kids molest those in cheaper clothes. If everybody wear same clothes they could not make fun of poor people.
