Yeah it is rampant here in my locality. A lot of people want others to shop for them.

Some people purchase on behalf of other for a fee. So money can be made.

Yes that's the profession of my pretty and gorgeous neighbor personal shopper of the daughter of our congressman. She was able to reach different countries just to shop luxuriously.
