What fresh initiatives do you believe would benefit your existing workplace?

I run my business and I would say think that introduction of a casual wear line to my fashion business would greatly boost it.

For now, i work online. I believe one of the initiatives that will benefit my existing workplace is improved communication between the employee and the employers. This is because most online workers rarely communicate with their employers.
