I am with you. Lately, I am also trying to do intermittent fasting. I hope I can sustain it, so that I can lose weight.I think it's my eating habits. I am working more on my health so I want to eat more healthy food.
During cold days in my city, I sometimes pushing myself to wash the dishes. But then, I need to do it because it will be piled up and the more I do not want to do it in this sense.For me l am struggling to leave the behavior of being reluctant in washing of the dishes.
