The problem with businesses is that they are just about making the sales. They don't even care how to make repeated customers which is a short sighted approach to sales.

It is indeed a problem, it is one thing to be able to make sales, but it is also extremely important when you are able to have customers that would return again and again. This shows that you are indeed doing something right.

The funny part is that if they believe they would make customers come back because they are offering quality products, other companies are also offering quality products. What would make them come back is the after sales services you offer. Consumers are emotional in nature.
