are absolutely correct, even apart from being a virtual teacher, offline teachers also need a very high level of patience and tolerance to be able to effectively manage students, else the experience would be very scary and discouraging.but if you have the passion you would not see it as a very difficult task to execute.
One of the best quality that I can point out for this kind of teacher is being able to carry everyone along because there were always people who find it very difficult to follow up in Virtual classes.
I do not have experience teaching online. But I think a teacher needs to have the patience and understand the weaknesses of his/her students so that appropriate guidance can be given to him/her.
