When you're the only one talking, you would not have the attention of the other staff. After all, you are having a meeting with yourself.

This is not a good thing. We need to be engaging with the attendees. At some point, the intonation should be good when speaking. If it is in flat tone, I am sure the attendees will be so bored to listen.
