Any employee have the right to get freedom at his or her working areas, and there are a limit of freedom that he or she can get on their working areas, but some times employers give too much freedom to their works and that will show some negative impact on the job and shows less productivities, some works use their freedom for bad things like using phone instead of working, and talking work unrelated talks with coworkers for long times.
