I don't think there is any easy platform other than facebook because there is no fee to sell on facebook and you can easily sell and deliver locally so that's a plus

Facebook could be good platform for selling but it took much time to get conversion, all people would negociate the price by a manner to let you pay from pocket money and if you refuse it would be hard to find someone paying you full price without a lot of negociation on the price or this well known word: I see this buyer selling it at this price after waste 30 minutes chat with it.
