I agree. We can't earn fast if we don't make an effort to be consistent..oppps, I am talking to myself, because I am not consistent.

I am also not consistent on the sites because sometimes I don't get time. My offline job is the reason why I have to spend most of my time but I still try to be on the sites at least for few minutes

I think that it depends on the time you spend on the paid-to-post forums. The more time you spend on them, the more money you earn.

Even if we spend much time on paid forum, it doesn't mean that that is the more we will earn , only if the earning on that forum has no limit.
