Hmmm. 'upstarts considers ... employment'.
Does it then mean that upstarts is geared only toward individuals who are in employment?

In that case, I guess I would not qualify for a loan from upstarts as I do not consider myself to be in employment.

Even though I don't believe in loans as sources of funding, I don't think Upstarts gives good value as a loan company.
