I do exercises and have a well-balanced diet. I do stretch exercises and take a 30-45 min walk every morning. I also enjoy listening to music or play musical instruments to reduce stress.

That's great to hear. Drinking plenty of water is essential for our bodies. In addition to hydration, I prioritize self-care by getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, and nourishing my body with a balanced diet.
