One of the best ways I save money on groceries is by planning meals and making a shopping list before going to the store. This prevents me from impulse buying unnecessary items. I also try to buy non-perishable items in bulk when they're on sale. Another big money-saver is opting for store brands over name brands for basic items like rice, pasta, and canned goods. Lastly, I've found that shopping the perimeter of the grocery store where the fresh produce, meat, and dairy are located helps avoid the tempting, expensive middle aisles.

I buy in bulk, you would get discounts more when you buy in bulk as you would be buying in wholesale price
