In my case, one motivating factor is salary increase, bonuses, and differentials as employed in a government-owned university. There are many good benefits when working in the government sector. There is surety during old age.

Truth be told, one of the most effective means of motivation for workers is money. Workers tend to be very motivated when money is involved and are willing to put in more effort.

Nowadays due to the inflation and the evidence of things becoming more tighter as days go by, most employees get motivated by the monetary incentives like salaries increament, bonus, increase pay on over time, Paid lunch and transportation packages

Even though we know that people like being appreciated, it's not so easy to actually do it, especially when we know that the person is not doing it for free. It's a worthy sacrifice though because you would get the best out of others.

And we need to always appreciate the effort and treat them like human beings that we have because there are some companies that do not treat workers very well

Few factors are more than enough to motivate the employees one of which is bonuses and other is the timing of the job. When the timing of the job extended it causes the demotivation among employees so the management should give good care of this.

We should always speak motivating words to our employees so that they will want to keep on working and be happy with the work that they do

Broadly speaking the main motivation of workers is to earn money. They want to keep working because they need money for their daily needs. So if there are companies that don't pay properly, even though they are motivated by all kinds of praise, they will still leave because they feel that their labor is not being properly appreciated.

You just nailed it. Praises and commendation don't pay bills. They may enjoy it at first but when the pressure of bills start pilin up, they would look for money as motivation.

It's because humans are generally emotional. It takes another level to be logical. We love our heads swollen and bosses that understand it would swell it for you.

Money is the major reason why they are working so you need to give them more money
The contents of our minds must be the same money, money, and money. Because life must be realistic. But it's not uncommon for people to work for prestige, it's okay for a low salary, the important thing is to have a position and wear a uniform. Whereas on the other hand they must be dizzy twisting their brains looking for ways to pay bills.
