What obstacles do you encounter when working together with coworkers in companies?

As much as possible, I do not want to work with my co-workers. First thing, it wastes my time collaborating with them. Second thing, they are so busy pretending to be smart pants. Last thing, the final decisions will always be delayed because they do not jive together.

Sometimes their ego is what makes me feel irritated. We need to understand that our coworkers might not be as skilled as us or vice versa so we should keep our egos aside and work as a team.

I think the major obstacle one can encounter when working with other people is cooperation because some people do not like cooperation
