What obstacles do you encounter when working together with coworkers in companies?

Some workers are very lazy and it will do nothing than to drag the other workers back. While some are hardworking and work effortlessly

And one thing that I know is that if you already know the behaviour of one person you may not get angry at everything he does because you know who he or she is.

I personally don't enjoy working with women because of the complex nature of their lives. They apply emotions in everything.

As much as possible, I do not want to work with my co-workers. First thing, it wastes my time collaborating with them. Second thing, they are so busy pretending to be smart pants. Last thing, the final decisions will always be delayed because they do not jive together.

Sometimes it becomes difficult to work with these kind of people but if you have good co-workers then they can also help you to grow.

Back then my major problem was their attitude towards work. They where so carefree and lazy when it comes to work that i ended up doing most of the things back then.

Yes a lot of people exhibit very carefree and lazy attitude when it comes to work which will leave you ending up doing most of the things while they get paid

Last of cooperation is so tiring. There are some people who may not want the work to move forward and they are so annoying.

The good news is that I've been working online since 2008 and don't have to deal with obnoxious people in person.

It has been more than 8 years that I am not working offline. I do not have any regrets for working online at home within this period because I cannot bear working with people who are not competent enough to do their jobs.

You are right. We cannot control the situation that there are some people who will work with us despite the differences. Although I only deal with them if working as a team. If not, I prefer to work in my own pace.

Working online is not my favourite way of working and I don't think I can ever work offline anymore
