Yes, it's true I totally agree with you, the obstacle that often occurs is differences of opinion between one another which is often difficult to find a conclusion. Because not a few people are selfish with their own opinions. So a wise company leader is needed to overcome problems like this.

Actually, you are right and this happens a lot , but I think in this case the coworker should be carried along in all activities done to ensure that such person doesn't miss out which may be a cause to draw backs.
