What other animals can one farm apart from poultry and cow to make money?

They say that agriculture is the most important aspect of any society. That's why I want to enter agricultural business and I want to stay with livestock. I can't do poultry because it seems too saturated and I can't rear cows too because it is too capital intensive.

Which animals can I farm that would be low cost like poultry that would be equally lucrative?

In our country goat farming is also popular. Goat are farmed for meat. Water buffaloes are also popular here

I think you can easily rear pigs. That's one of the animals that people love to buy. You could also consider rearing fish. Very lucrative too.

I have tried to rear rabbits as a business but it didn't work out well for me because people could not afford to buy it generally.
