The building that staff are status to work must be properly ventilated. There is a school I used to teach, when the sun is out, it scorched everywhere because the classrooms were not sealed. I can't teach under that condition.
A good working environment and equipments will definitely impact the effectiveness of workers positively. Because they will be comfortable working under a good condition and it will boost their work rate
To ensure productivity they should be a lot of activities and members of the company should be carrying the long.

If I were in your shoe, I would not work with that kind of situation. I am not that a martyr worker. The good thing is that I am teaching online. It is better than teaching students offline.

I still remembered working in a Korean Academy before. The canteen is not feasible for all the Filipino teachers. It means we are forced to eat Korean foods. That is why I prefer have my pack lunch before.

@eldavis I agree with you. If the company cannot provide enough machines or tools, then the productivity will be greatly affected. That's the problem for some companies that make hard for their workers.

Productive place play very important role for working of employees, I used to work in a company where lunch place was not very favourable, certain drums were present in that room on that drums, word poison was marked first time I indicate this issue to management when they did not listen, then finally I given resign from that company.
