Probably, I think it is only a website that is not serious that will not be able to send you a confirmation email after so many trials especially when you are using Gmail.

Most of the legitimate platforms i worked on do not have this issue. Instead they will even have an alternative for mobile phone verification.

some of such website do not have any kind of support. I encountered that in a Ponzi platform about last year but I was lucky I didn't invest any money.

Sometimes they have alternatives like using mobile phone number by text or by voice message. But apart from that contacting them is the best.

Send support message from that same email and explain situation. Check response few times per day. Maybe you get long details later or you must change some data.

Make sure you were not banned on other account or something like that then you can contact support and they might send you link maybe check spam folder if you can't find it on the main page

I don't think there is anything that we can do but if we can find admin active on another website and we are part of it then we can ask them for help

Honestly speaking this is something that needs to be discussed about more often than it is as many sites these days do not send confirmation email which is frustrating to the core as you would be anxiously waiting for it but it would not show up and you can not use the same ip to try another one and see if it would be sent.

I remember not getting a confirmation email on a forum and it was offtopicz if I am not wrong and Jordan confirmed my account without it so we need to find admin on other websites
