I have never work for anybody. Am self employed. I don't like to receive insults and unnecessary humiliation. Since, my university years, I have an inclination for entrepreneurship.

For me the biggest disagreement i had back then was the workers not willing to work. It caused a lot of issues back then cause majority of the complains where coming to me.

I haven't really got into any issue at any business establishment. But I know that some people are getting it bad in workplace . They get betrayed by their colleagues just to succeed.

The biggest issue I encountered in my workplace is when I had a disagreement with my boss over production ideas. I had to let his decision rule but the result was bad. After that, he called me and apologized.

It is actually very difficult for me to have any serious disagreement with my coworker because I always try as much as possible to do my work and go home without having any issues with anyone.

I think that is a very good option you are taking. It may be normal to have disagreements but it should not be something so serious because working in a business venture requires corporation.

Maybe your company just found a way to select really nice people for you to work with. There are co workers that are a thorn in the flesh of their colleagues. Even when you are friendly and mind your business, they would still look for your trouble.

That's why it starts from the head or the owner of the business. He or she must create an environment where peace would thrive. Some owners love the divide and rule approach.

Maybe your company just found a way to select really nice people for you to work with. There are co workers that are a thorn in the flesh of their colleagues. Even when you are friendly and mind your business, they would still look for your trouble.
Of course such people exist in almost every business venture. I think the best thing you should do is to always try to mind your business because they can even get you into trouble.

I would not completely agree with you. When a boss sees that the staff are very united, he or she might feel threatened because the staff can plan against the boss. The boss has to cause subtle quarrel so as to be able to control the staff.

I think only bosses who are insecure do such a thing. Some business people always encourage cooperation among the employees to enhance productivity.

It is a management strategy that is used to be in control of people. If you study management, you would see it. But I believe it is not the best form of man management..

Yeah, but sometimes I wonder the need of humans always wanting to control other people. This is no management strategy but the urge to just dominate others it sometimes appalling
