Maybe your company just found a way to select really nice people for you to work with. There are co workers that are a thorn in the flesh of their colleagues. Even when you are friendly and mind your business, they would still look for your trouble.

The best thing for you to do in such situation is to report those troublesome coworkers to the management and they will take care of them.

Yeah if there's any troublesome coworkers in the workplace the best bet will be to report them to the management and they will take know what to do as it's their duty

I agree with you, only bosses who are insecure will do such . A. well thinking boss will do more of encouraging cooperation not division among the employees bring stability
I believe anyone who wants his or her business to be successful will probably encourage competition. It is only people who do not have knowledge of business that will bring division among employees.

In every business establishment, it is inevitable to face the dog-eat-dog world. They try to betray their colleagues just to succeed. At all costs, they will be the nibblers of others, attempting to get on the good side of the top management.

Recently I had an altercation with an elected. official because he wanted to have another cash advance. We denied his cash advance because of unliquidated amount which he incurred last year. He or she fumed and blamed the accountant for not liquidating it. We told him it's not the job of the accounting department to liquidate his advances for travel because it's his responsibility to submit his liquidation after his travel. It's not the fault of the accounting department if he lost his boarding pass or other receipts.

it is not always easy not to have issues with people at the workplace some people add just toxic so the best bet is always to avoid them no matter what.

I have not experienced disagreement in my workplace. I am not a big boss in the university to disagree with the big bosses or program heads. I do not like heated arguments.
