What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome at work?

One of the biggest obstacles I had to overcome when I started working was the ability to subject myself under authority. I used to be a very proud person and had running battles with my superiors. My boss had to teach me the hard way by giving me a leadership position so I could experience insubordination. B

As at now, the biggest obstacle I'm trying to overcome presently is how to break my financial barriers and move to the next level where I can confidently say I'm financially independent. I need to work hard and be dedicated in my striving.

I believe this is a major challenge for almost every young entrepreneurs today. Its not easy though, i also want to achieve the same thing. I believe with time i would be able to successfully achieve this. Just be patient and consistent in what you do.
