This morning, I kept things pretty simple but nutritious. I made some overnight oats by soaking old-fashioned oats, chia seeds, milk, and a touch of maple syrup in the fridge overnight. In the morning, I topped the creamy oat mixture with fresh blueberries, sliced almonds, and a drizzle of almond butter.

I had fried rice but I didn’t cook it this morning. I made the fried rice last night so I ate the remaining one this morning. Have you ever tried such before?
