That's quite interesting, I have never tried these for breakfast and my breakfast usually is a dish from leftovers with Chapattis or any veggie we prepared for the lunchI usually have oatmeal with milk, hardboiled egg and whole wheat toast for breakfast. Occasionally, I may have Chinese breakfast, that is congee (rice porridge) and fried noodles.
