One of the workplace ethics i have implemented is going to work early. If I go to work early, I will be calm before starting the full work for the day and I will have the strength to do it

These are the business ethics I have set up for now.
It does not even make sense to be rude to customers. If customers are rude, you should be calm instead of being rude to the back. It may not be easy but that is the best thing

When I was working full time, one of the problem managements encountered was the punctuality of the staff. Many staff did not report duty on time. I have suggested to the management that those who were late should go to the office of the manager to sign in and explain the reasons of being late. Since the implementation of this policy, almost all staff were punctual because they did not want the embarrassment of explaining to the manager the reason of being late.
