What would you do if your boss was busy?

If it's really important I don't think that boss would be angry at you for interrupting you can also send messages to your boss or inform assistant and see how it goes

The boss needs to always keep an avenue to attend to important issues even in his or her no disturbance mood. And the staff must be sensitive to know when an issue is serious enough to distract the boss when he is busy.

Exactly because it does not make sense for the worker to just barge into the office of the boss. The boss may even get angry and fire the worker. Do you believe that something like this can happen?

I follow orders to the latest. If my boss aays I should not disturb him or her. Trust me not to disturb him or her even if his biological mother needs his attention. Better to barge in than flaunt orders.

Like what form of communication? Send you a chat or an email which you might obviously not see because you are engrossed. I don't think any other form of communication would work. I love the fact that you have always been your own boss.

This is the reason why when a boss hire such smart and intelligent people to work for them, they can actually travel outside the country and allow the business to be managed by the person.

I guess that is why I am a big fan of using NVO's (Non Verbal Orders) like we did in the millitary. They even had a pre-printed form for them and it came with a carbon copy.

There are some bosses that their minds are always at rest anytime they travel because they do not need to attend to office works since there is someone who can do that for them

I think I would simply wait for the moment to be able to communicate with him without haste, unless it is too urgent, there would change a little, but I guess you always have to have several ways of communication with him/her, I have always owned the Whatsapp of my boss for example.

You are correct. We just have to be calm and wait for our boss to finish because I don't think it will be polite for us to barge into the office of our boss just because we want to pass a message across to him

Yeah, you can alert your boss without interrupting their work. If they choose not to attend to the urgent predicament, you have no choice but to pass the message to the one requesting. That is just the furthest you can go in helping this person.
