The best improvement on paid to post forums that I would like to see is the increament in the payment rates like 3 cents per reply and 5 cents per thread with a reasonable wording like 30-50 words respectively.

As for me, the improvement I would like here is to have a longer comment payout range. Such as a minimum of 30 words 1 cents, a minimum of 60 words 2 cents, a minimum of 90 words 3 cents, and so on. So that someone will be more motivated to provide a much higher quality answer.
