My favorite vegetable is broccoli. I love its vibrant green color, crunchy texture, and slightly sweet, earthy flavor. Whether tossed in a stir-fry, added to a salad, or simply served as a side dish, broccoli never fails to satisfy my vegetable cravings while providing a nutritional boost.

I don't have a favorite vegetable, I simply eat whatever kind I come across. Then again the common vegetable we have in my area is the ugu leaf.

I like spinach, bitter gourd, and broccoli. I find them delightful. However, I must confess that okra's slippery texture does not quite agree with my palate, so I tend to steer clear of it at times. Hehe

My favourite vegetable is the sukuma wiki. This is very tasty and one can eat with aside dishes to satisfaction.

I love a traditional vegetable that is common in my country. We call it "suja", in English I heard it is known as Black Night shade. Some of y'all may say that it is a herb given it's slightly bitter taste, but is so sweet and nutritious.
