For me too, working on the sites and not getting paid is very painful. I was bluffed by the sites when I was new to the sites but now I always take my time to join and work on the new sites.

I used to join platforms without a payment proof but I realised that it was a waste of time and that is why I always request for a payment proof before I join any website

Seeing payment proof is not even convincing enough. There are many sites that would pay in the beginning, just to deceive and attract plenty applicants before they begin to default in payments.
