What's your thoughts on selfish employers

What do you think about employers that just want one to work without giving any form of incentives apart from one's salary which might be very small too. How would handle this?

I think such employers would end up loosing their valuable workers. In the end they would use their own hands to scatter their business. Such selfish business owners would be too stringy to even create a proper working environment for their staffs, hence giving them a legit reason to leave.

Those employers lack humanitarian feeling. They need to attend seminars on how to improve the financial standings of the employees thru salary increase and the giving of overtime pay.

That's what good to very selfish employers they lose their valuable workers

We cannot do much about them and these days almost all employers are like that and they just like to exploit employees

That's true and I realized that sometimes, it is not their fault. The recession affected them so badly that they can't be generous

Well, not all employers are selfish I have met selfless ones too. So it good to move away from the selfish onrs

No matter how bad a lot of companies are, there will still be some companies out there that care about the welfare of their employees

Selfish employees would not look for the progress of the business so it is often better to show those kind of employees way out.
