What's your thoughts on selfish employers

If I think my employer is selfish, not acknowledging the hard work of his/her workers and not offering them a reasonable compensation package, I would leave and find a new job.

Yes i have seen many like this, after the employees leave, they would start trying to call them back, but at that point it is already too late .
