When is the high time to quit the job?

Once you have gotten some Greener pastures elsewhere l think it's the high time for one to quit the existing job.

Usually we don't like our job but continue it because we listen somewhere in our company as we are productive and doing good for company. In my view when you started listening or feeling that you are no more productive then you must quit your job.

I won't quit a job untill I have another job or another source of earnings equivalent to the earnings of my present job.

I once said that too, but I was working at a job where my expenses to work at the job was more than I was getting paid. There were months I went without payment.

I finally understood why people quit a job just to have peace of mind.

The best time to quit a job is when you are certain that you would be able to raise a business of your own and you have the skill/ staying power to run it.
