I always encourage people to cry out when they are deeply pained. It personally helps me to handle the pains. I cried last on February this year.

I seldom cry and I hate to cry. I do not like to inflict pain in my heart but if the situation is sorrowful, I cannot avoid to sob and cry nonstop till my eyes dry up.

I also seldom cry but sometimes the situations are so worse that tears automatically come out of your eyes.

I agree with you, tears just fall if the feeling is in severe sadness or madness. We also feel the ease if our tears are released because of something that triggers the tears to fall and heart that aches badly.
